Hi, I’m Eric, the founder of Black Truck Residential Services!
I noticed, while helping friends and family with side work, that many handymen and contractors weren’t delivering on their promises. Slow to respond, not attending to the customer’s vision, showing up late (if at all) and dragging projects out way longer than needed. It felt like every job I was going to was cleaning up someone else’s mess…
I started Black Truck to deliver a customer-first experience and quality work. Whether the project be big or small, custom or simple, I want my customers to be satisfied with the process AND the end result. Seeing a dear friend’s face light up when they see their post-it-note sketch come to life motivates me to follow my passion and help more people.

Me! I know it can be unnerving having someone in your house you don’t know. I’m not going to bring anyone into your home that I wouldn’t trust in mine. Black Truck is a small company and right now there is only 2 of us that run it, myself and my partner Eddy.

That depends on what you would like for us to do. Most small tasks are done in one day. Some larger jobs may require a couple days or even a week. We will discuss with you what the timeline looks like during the onsite consultation.
